Chapter 27.--FEDERAL JURISDICTION Article 1.--FEDERAL PROPERTY

      27-121.   Same; concurrent jurisdiction vested and continued.The concurrent jurisdiction ceded by K.S.A. 27-120 is vested uponacceptance by the United States by and through its appropriate officialsand shall continue so long as the lands within the designated areas arededicated to national park purposes.
