Chapter 27.--FEDERAL JURISDICTION Article 2.--PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES

      27-203.   Terms of agreements; notice to subdivision.Each agreement entered into pursuant to K.S.A. 27-202 shall containthe names of the political subdivisions in whose behalf it isconsummated and a statement of the proportionate share of the payment bythe United States to which each political subdivision shall be entitled.The board of county commissioners shall immediately notify eachpolitical subdivision in whose behalf an agreement is entered into ofthe consummation thereof.
