27-337
27-337. Same; sale of airport facility.The board of directors shall submit any proposed sale ofan airport facility owned by the authority or any proposed sale of a portionof an airport facility owned by the authority which would prevent such airportfacility from being used as an airport, for approval by the qualified electorsof the county at a primary or general election.
The board of directors may, on its own initiative, submit any proposedaction of the board for approval by the qualified electors of the countyat a primary or general election.
Such elections shall be otherwise called and held in the manner providedby the general bond law.
Whenever an election has been called in which all of the qualified electorsof the county are eligible to vote, the board may also submit any proposedaction of the board for approval at such election.
