Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES Article 1.--FEES IN ALL COUNTIES AND SALARIES IN CERTAIN COUNTIES

      28-101.   Prescription of fees and compensation.That the officers and persons herein mentioned except in counties havinga population of 90,000 or over, shall be entitled to receive for theirservices the fees and compensation herein allowed and no other, except suchas may be otherwise provided by law.
