Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES Article 1.--FEES IN ALL COUNTIES AND SALARIES IN CERTAIN COUNTIES

      28-104.   Fees to be charged by all county treasurers.The county treasurer in each county shall charge the following fees: Forissuing warrantsfor the collection of taxes on personal property, $2; for preparing a listof land for the printer to be printed, $1 for each tract advertised. Inno case shall any of such fees be charged to the county.
