Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES Article 1.--FEES IN ALL COUNTIES AND SALARIES IN CERTAIN COUNTIES

      28-141.   Proof and collection of fees paid in civil action.All fees and sums paid by either party for fees of witnesses and othernecessary expenses in any civil action or proceeding shall be proved by theaffidavit of the party, or of some person knowing the same to have beenpaid; and all such fees shall be taxed and collected from the party orderedor adjudged to pay the costs.
