Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES Article 1.--FEES IN ALL COUNTIES AND SALARIES IN CERTAIN COUNTIES

      28-145.   Duty of officer collecting costs on execution.It shall be the duty of the sheriff or other officer collecting costs onexecution in this state, after retaining his own fees, to pay the residueof such costs collected to the clerk of the court from which the executionissued and take a receipt therefor.
