Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES Article 10.--COUNTIES DESIGNATED URBAN AREAS

      28-1009.   Salaries paid monthly; warrants.All salaries of all the officers and of their deputies, assistants, andclerks, in such counties, shall be paid monthly by warrants signed by thechairman of the board of county commissioners, attested by the countyclerk, and drawn on the county treasurer.
