Chapter 29.--FENCES
Article 1.--LEGAL ENCLOSURES

      29-107.   Penalty for interfering with such fence or leaving gatesopen.Any person who shall willfully molest or interfere with said fence orenclosure described in K.S.A. 29-106, by cutting wiresor otherwise mutilating or tearing down said fence, or who shallwillfully leave open any gate of said fence or enclosure, shall bedeemed to have committed a misdemeanor, and shall be liable to a finenot exceeding fifty dollars.
