Chapter 29.--FENCES Article 2.--FENCE VIEWERS

      29-202.   Penalty for neglect of duty.Any fence viewer who shall, when requested, unreasonably neglect to viewany fence or to perform any duty required of him in this act, shall forfeitand pay the sum of ten dollars, and shall also be liable to the partyinjured for all damages consequent upon such neglect.
