Chapter 29.--FENCES Article 3.--PARTITION FENCES

      29-302.   Neglect to repair or rebuild.If any party neglect to repair or rebuild a partition fence, or theportion thereof which he ought to maintain, the aggrieved party maycomplain to the fence viewers, who, after due notice to each party, shallexamine the same, and if they determine that the fence is insufficient,shall signify it, in writing, to the delinquent occupant of the land, anddirect him to repair or rebuild the same within such time as they may judgereasonable.
