Article 3.--PARTITION FENCES

      29-311.   Throwing land open.When one party shall desire to throw his land open and leave itunenclosed, he shall not take away any part of the partition fencebelonging to him and adjoining the next enclosure, if the owner or occupantof such enclosure will, within two months after the same shall beascertained, pay therefor such sum as the fence viewers shall, in writing,under their hands, determine to be the value of such partition fencebelonging to such party.
