Chapter 31.--FIRE PROTECTION Article 1.--FIRE SAFETY AND PREVENTION

      31-156.   Same; permit to possess or transport.(a) Any person who manufactures bottle rockets or sells bottle rockets atwholesale and who desires to possess or transport any bottle rockets inthis state for the purpose of selling the same outside this state shallregister annually with the state fire marshal. Such registration shallentitle the manufacturer or wholesaler to possess and transport bottle rocketsin this state for the purpose of selling the same outside this state fora period of one year from the date of registration.

      (b)   The state fire marshal shall prescribe by rules and regulations theform of the registration required by subsection (a), which form shall requiresuch information of each registrant as necessary to enforce the provisionsof K.S.A. 31-155.
