Chapter 31.--FIRE PROTECTION Article 6.--FIRE SAFETY STANDARDS FOR CIGARETTES

      31-601.   Fire safety standard and firefighterprotection act; citation; severability.(a) This act shall be known and may be cited as the firesafety standard and firefighter protection act.

      (b)   If any provision of the fire safety standard and firefighter protectionact is held to be unconstitutional, such holding shall not affect the validityof any remaining portion of the act.
