Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 10.--ENFORCEMENT

      32-1006.   Coyotes, moles, gophers.(a) Except as provided by subsection (b), it is lawful for a person totake coyotes in this state at any time if such person holds a valid license tohunt or furharvest, as the case may be. It is lawful for a person to takemoles or gophers in this state at any time.

      (b)   Unless authorized by rules and regulations of thesecretary, it is unlawful for any person to take any coyote in this stateat any time during the period of time designatedby rules and regulations of the secretary as an openseason for the hunting or taking of deer by firearm.
