Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 10.--ENFORCEMENT

      32-1010.   Threatened species.Except as otherwise specifically provided in K.S.A. 32-961 orin a special permit issued under K.S.A. 32-961 or in any rules andregulations adopted pursuant to K.S.A. 32-961, the intentionaltaking of any threatened species indigenous to this state, which has beendetermined by the secretary to be a threatened species in this state and isincluded in a list of such threatened species adopted pursuant to K.S.A.32-960, shall constitute unlawful taking of a threatened species.
