Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 10.--ENFORCEMENT

      32-1011.   Endangered species.Except as otherwise specifically provided in K.S.A. 32-961 or in aspecial permit issued under K.S.A. 32-961 or in any rule andregulation adopted pursuant to K.S.A. 32-961, the intentional takingof any endangered species indigenous to this state, which has been determinedby the secretary to be an endangered species in this state and is included in alist of such endangered species adopted pursuant to K.S.A. 32-960,shall constitute unlawful taking of an endangered species.
