Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 10.--ENFORCEMENT

      32-1040.   Violations by 16- and 17-year-olds.The court hearing the prosecution of any child 16 or 17 years of age whois charged with a violation of any provision of the wildlife and parks lawsof this state or rules and regulations adopted thereunder may impose any fineauthorized by law for the offense or may order that the child be placed in ajuvenile detention facility.
