Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION Article 10.--ENFORCEMENT

      32-1064.   Same; licensing authority;duties.As used in the compact, the term "licensing authority," withreference to this state, means the Kansas department of wildlife and parks. Thesecretary of the Kansas department of wildlife and parks shall furnish to theappropriate authorities of party states any information or documents reasonablynecessary to facilitate the administration of the compact.
