Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION Article 11.--BOATING AND WATER ACTIVITIES

      32-1135.   Same; submission of other evidence.(a) The provisions of K.S.A. 32-1134 shall not beconstrued as limiting the introduction of any other competent evidencebearing upon the question of whether or not the defendant was under theinfluence of alcohol or drugs, or both.

      (b)   Nothing in this act shall require any samples of blood, breath or urineto be preserved for or furnished to the person for independent testing.
