      32-1152.   Sanitation; toilet facilities.At such time as adequate on-shore facilities for receiving and treatingmarine sewage are available, as determined by the secretary of health andenvironment, no person shall operate, launch, moor, dock or use any vesselon the waters of the state, except as hereinafter provided, when said vesselhas located on or in the vessel a marine toilet designed to or intendedto discharge marine sewage to other than an on-shore receiving and treatingfacility operating under a valid permit as issued under the provisions ofK.S.A. 65-165.
