Article 11.--BOATING AND WATER ACTIVITIES

      32-1174.   Boating fee fund, use of federalmoneys.All federal moneys received pursuant to federal assistance,federal-aidfunds or federal-aid grant reimbursements related to boating or boatingprograms underthe control, authorities and duties of the department of wildlife and parksshall beremitted to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A.75-4215, andamendments thereto. Upon receipt of the remittance, the state treasurer shalldeposit theentire amount in the state treasury and credit it to the boating fund-federal,which ishereby created, to be dedicated and used for the purposes authorized in K.S.A.32-1173,and amendments thereto.
