Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION Article 7.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      32-702.   Policy statement.It shall be the policy of the state of Kansas to protect, provideand improve outdoor recreation and natural resources in this state and toplan and provide for the wise management and use of the state's naturalresources, thus contributing to and benefiting the public's health and itscultural, recreationaland economic life. Forthese purposes, the secretary, the commission and the department arehereby vested with theduties and powers hereinafter set forth.
