      32-806.   Organization of department; policiesgoverning administration; accounting for compensation from leases of realproperty.The secretary of wildlife and parks may organize the Kansas departmentof wildlife and parks in the manner the secretary deems most efficient, so longasthe same is not in conflict with the provisions of this order or with theprovisions of law, and the secretary may establish policies governing thetransaction of business of the department and the administration ofthe department.The secretary shall cause any compensation received by the department ofwildlife and parks, whether monetary, in-kind or otherwise, from leases of realproperty under the control and jurisdiction of the secretary to be accountedforand reflected in the budget of the department of wildlife and parks.
