      32-824.   Federal assistance for land and water conservation; departmentofficial agency.The state of Kansas herebydesignates the department as the official stateagency to apply for, accept, administer and disburse federal assistance andbenefits under the provisions of the landand water conservation fund act of 1965 (78 Stat. 897, P.L. 88-578), as amended.
