Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION Article 8.--DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND PARKS

      32-830.   Local governments; conveyances to department.Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, all state agencies andall counties, cities, townships and other political subdivisions are herebyauthorized to lease, lend, grant or convey to the department at the requestof the secretary any landsor facilities which may benecessary or convenient to the effectuation of the purposes of thedepartment. Such lease, loan, grant or conveyance shall be upon suchterms and conditions as the proper authorities ofsuch agencies, counties, cities, townships and politicalsubdivisions deem reasonable and fair and noadvertisement, order of court or other action or formality shall benecessary, other than theregular and formal action of the authorities concerned.
