      32-839.   Steve Lloyd Wetlands designated.The Cane Creek area within stage 1 of the Milford Lake wetlandswildlife habitat restoration project, in Clay county, near the city ofWakefield, is hereby designated as the Steve Lloyd[*] Wetlands. Thesecretary ofwildlife and parks shall cause placement of suitable signs and an observationdeck to indicate the area is the Steve Lloyd Wetlands. The secretary mayaccept and administer gifts and donations for the purpose of obtaining andinstalling such signs and observation deck.
