      32-868.   Same; resort sites.The secretary may select sites and lease or acquire, construct, equip andoperate, or cause to be operated, resorts for the use and enjoyment of thepublic upon sites to be selected in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A.32-867 through 32-873.
