      32-871.   Same; site selection.The secretary shall select sites for resorts which are adjacent to existing orproposed federal reservoirs and are determined to be most feasible fromevidence gathered by the secretary in support of the sale of bonds asauthorized by K.S.A. 32-867 through 32-873. The secretary may contract for afeasibility study as an aid in determining the location of a site. Indetermining the exact location of a site prior to acquisition, thesecretary shall consider, among other factors, ready access from bothnearby interstate or interstate connected controlled access highways andpublic transportation systems and facilities.
