      32-874c.   Same; negotiations with federalagencies.The secretary of wildlife and parks, if necessary, shallnegotiate and contract with the United States corps of engineers, bureau ofreclamation, or other federal agency under K.S.A. 32-824, 32-825, 32-826 and32-845, and amendments thereto, regarding a selected site and seek thenecessary legislative approval under K.S.A. 32-843, and amendments thereto.
