Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION Article 9.--LICENSES, PERMITS, STAMPS AND OTHER ISSUES

      32-912.   Furharvester education; certificate of competency.No person born onor after July 1, 1966, shall furharvest in thisstate on land other thansuch person's land unless the person has been issued a furharvester certificateofcompetency. If such person is required by lawto obtain a furharvesterlicense, the person shall attest to orexhibit proof of possession of a valid furharvester certificate ofcompetency to the person issuingthe license at the time of purchasing the license. If such person is notrequired by law to obtain afurharvester license, the person shall be in possession of such certificatewhile furharvesting.
