      32-950.   Same; judicial review of actions against license.Any action of the secretary pursuant to K.S.A. 32-949, and amendmentsthereto, is subject to review inaccordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agencyactions upon the petitioner's filing, with the clerk of the reviewing court, abond with a sufficient surety,conditioned on the payment of allcosts of the review if the decision of the secretary is sustained.
