      32-966.   Deer management plan to reduce motorvehicle accidents.The secretary of wildlife and parks and the secretary oftransportation shallcooperate in developing a management plan to address reduction of motor vehicleaccidentsinvolving deer in those areas of the state experiencing high numbers of suchaccidents. Themanagement plan shall include methods to identify those areas and methods toinform andcommunicate with landowners and tenants in those areas regarding measures toreduce local deerpopulations.
