Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION Article 9.--LICENSES, PERMITS, STAMPS AND OTHER ISSUES

      32-994.   Wildlife and parks gifts and donationsfund.(a) All moneys received as bequests, donations or gifts by thedepartment shall be credited to the Kansasdepartment of wildlife and parksprivate gifts and donations fund which is hereby created.

      (b)   On or before the 10th of each month, the director of accounts andreports shalltransfer from the state general fund to the Kansas department of wildlife andparks private gifts and donations fund interestearnings based on:

      (1)   The average daily balance of moneys in the Kansas department ofwildlife and parks private gifts and donations fund for the preceding month;and

      (2)   the net earnings rate of the pooled money investmentportfolio for the preceding month.
