      34-231.   Penalty for failure to obtain license; refusal to reissue revokedlicense, when.(a) Transaction of any public warehousebusiness at anypublic warehouse without a currently valid public warehouse license forthat warehouse or without having the license displayed in theoffice room of the warehouse is a class C misdemeanor.

      (b)   The secretary may refuse to renewany license or grant a new one to any person whose license has been revokedwithin one year from the time of the revocation.
