Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-242.   Same; numbering; required information.All warehouse receipts issued by any public warehouse shall benumbered consecutively and no two receipts bearing the same number shallbe issued from the same warehouse during any one year. If the grain wasreceived from a railroad car, wagon, truck orother means, the manner of its receipt shall be stated on its face.
