Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-261.   Warehouseman has reasonable time to determine validity ofclaims or compel interpleader.If some one other than the depositor or person claiming under himasserts a claim to the title or possession of the grain and thewarehouseman has information of such claim, the warehouseman shall beexcused from liability for refusing to deliver the grain either to thedepositor or person claiming under him, or to the adverse claimant, untilthe warehouseman has had a reasonable time to ascertain the validity of theadverse claim or to bring legal proceedings to compel all claimants tointerplead.
