      34-279.   Transfer of receipt.A receipt which is not in such form that it can be negotiated bydelivery may be transferred by the holder by delivery to a purchaser ordonee. A nonnegotiable receipt cannot be negotiated, and the endorsement ofsuch a receipt gives the transferee no additional right.
