Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-2,101.   Relation of this act to the federalwarehouse act.The provisions of this act relating to licensing, bonding andsupervision of warehouses shall not be construed to apply to any publicwarehouseman who is, or shall hereafter be, duly licensed under the federalwarehouse act, except that the provisions of K.S.A. 34-2,112, and amendmentsthereto, shall apply to all state and federally licensed warehouses.
