Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-2,109.   Warehouseman's annual statement of depositor's grain.(a) Every public warehouseman shall submit, annually, toeach depositor of open storage or grain bank grain, a statement of grainstored in the public warehouse. The statement shall include, but not belimited to, the following information:

      (1)   Type of grain deposited;

      (2)   the total bushels or pounds stored;

      (3)   the year storage of grain began; and

      (4)   the storage rate.

      (b)   The provisions of this section are supplemental to the provisionsof chapter 34 of Kansas Statutes Annotated.
