      36-401.   Hotel and motel keepers; definitions.That "hotel" and "motel" for the purposes of this act shall mean andinclude every building or group of buildings or other structures or groupof structures including every cabin camp, tourist cabin, motel or otherlodging unit kept, used, maintained, advertised, or held out to the publicas a place where sleeping accommodations are offered for pay, to guests, inwhich four (4) or more rooms are used for the accommodations for suchguests.
