Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      38-115.   Same; donations and bequests; appropriations by cities orcounties over 30,000.It shall be lawful for such corporation to receive donations andbequests and to apply the same to the support of said home; and the properauthorities of any city or county having a population of more than thirtythousand are hereby authorized and empowered to make such appropriation forthe benefit of such home as they shall from time to time deem expedient.
