Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      38-130.   Same; action to enforce rights.An action for reasonable visitation rights of grandparents as provided bythis act shall be brought in the county in which the child resides withthe child's parent, guardian or other person havinglawful custody. The court shall fix the time and date for a hearing onthe petition and shall prescribe the manner of giving notice thereof tointerested persons.
