      38-140.   Consent to immunize under 38-2217 or38-2316 notaffected.The provisions of K.S.A. 38-135 through 38-140 shall not affectauthority to consentto immunization of a minor pursuant toK.S.A. 2009 Supp.38-2217 or38-2316, andamendments thereto, or pursuant to any other law.
