Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 10.--INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES

      38-1010.   Same; administrator.The governor shall designate an officer who shall be theinterstate compact for juveniles compact administrator. The compactadministrator shall serve subject to the pleasure of the governor. The compactadministrator shall cooperate with all departments, agencies and officers ofthis state and its subdivisions in facilitating the proper administration ofthe compact or of any supplementary agreement or agreements entered into bythis state hereunder.
