Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 11.--DETERMINATION OF PARENTAGE

      38-1111.   Parent and child relationship defined.As used in thisact, "parent and child relationship" means the legal relationship existingbetween a child and the child's biological or adoptive parents incident towhich the law confers or imposes rights, privileges, duties andobligations. It includes the mother and child relationship and the fatherand child relationship.
