Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 11.--DETERMINATION OF PARENTAGE

      38-1127.   Promise to render support.It shall be presumed thatthere is consideration for any written promise to furnish support for achild, growing out of a presumed or alleged father and child relationship.Such a promise shall be enforceable according to its terms, subject tosubsection (d) of K.S.A. 38-1115.
