Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 12.--INTERSTATE COMPACT ON PLACEMENT OF CHILDREN

      38-1204.   Supplementary agreements.The compact administrator is hereby authorized and empowered to enter intosupplementary agreements with appropriate officials of other states pursuantto the compact. In the event that such supplementary agreement shall requireor contemplate the use of any institution or facility of this state or requireor contemplate the provision of any service by this state, said supplementaryagreement shall have no force or effect until approved by the head of thedepartment or agency under whose jurisdiction said institution or facilityis operated or whose department or agency will be charged with the renderingof such service.
