Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 12.--INTERSTATE COMPACT ON PLACEMENT OF CHILDREN

      38-1205.   Financial arrangements.The compact administrator, subject to the approval of the state directorof accounts and reports, may make or arrange for any payments necessaryto discharge any financial obligations imposed upon this state by the compactor by any supplementary agreement entered into thereunder.
