Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 13.--CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION

      38-1341.   Effect of child-custodydetermination.(UCCJEA 106). A child-custody determination made bya court of this state that had jurisdiction under this act binds allpersons who have been served in accordance with the laws of this stateor notified in accordance with K.S.A. 38-1343 and amendments thereto, orwho have submitted to the jurisdiction of the court, and who havebeen given an opportunity to be heard. As to those persons, thedetermination is conclusive as to all decided issues of law and factexcept to the extent the determination is modified.
